This digtal toolbox for strategic leadership of innovative networks is developed on the work in two project. The first version was developed in 2016 as part of the project “Innovation in Rural Places – Conditions and Barriers”, funded by the County Authority of Sogn og Fjordane, the Norwegian Research Council (the VRI programme), as well as HVL and VF. Later the toolbox was further developed as part of the P-IRIS prosject.
